HARVEY LEVINSON IS A SLEAZE AND A RIP OFF ARTIST – I brought in 10 watches to get new batteries. Harvey Levinson was going to charge me $10. per watch. When I said that was too much, he said he'd do it for $5. but not put new "insulators on." When I picked up the watches, I asked if they were all working. He said yes.
