Five Stars for the employees of National Vision Inc. billing department!! We had an issue with a bill that insurance kept giving us the run around on. Javier and the lady I spoke with earlier in the day (wish I could remember her name) were so kind and patient with A+ customer service! It was definitely refreshing to have such kind people on the phone to help resolve a problem.
