Service in the Hoppers Crossing store was first class. However the delivery process which we paid for was second rate. A txt at 8.00 am announced the our order was despatched but no other advice. I rang at 12.00 pm to check and was told that a time could not be confirmed, other than the driver would ring when he/she leaves the delivery before us and this would be no later than 17.00 pm , the delivery arrived at around 13.00 pm. We visited on a weekday and non busy time to select tiles for our laundry Reno. There was only one lady at the desk and was with a customer. We needed help in choosing tiles and couldn’t get the help we needed. When the lady was free I went up to discuss. I was just pointed to the sections from where I could choose and they dint seem to be interested to offer any further help.
