I needed 2 storage units for my household belongings, and management were well aware that I tried committing suicide because I was living out of my car. It didnt stop them increasing the amount of both units dramatically after only a few months of renting and while I was admitted. I am now out of a mental health facility and back to living in my car with no way of ever getting myself out of this situation. National Storage doesnt care and im about done again.
Don’t do it. Constantly had codes not working when supposed to have 24/7 corporate access. Some staff were amazing and went above and beyond to fix. But a few people with tall poppy syndrome in management feels…. Bad customer service service on the phone customer service line. Amy & Shelly were great. Over locks on units even when paid. Lose access codes after 3 days of being late with a payment. Absolute joke.
