Great doctors and great care!
I used to feel like my care was important but something has drastically changed. Canceled appointments, waiting for treatment months at a time and then the lack of empathy and communication. The "office" called and asked if I would be self pay again this month, but at no time during the conversation did they let me know that the treatment I would getting tripled in price! My journey with pain has not been an easy one. I suffer from a lot of co-morbidities that makes me difficult to pinpoint what is going on. What I love about Dr. Davis, Dr. Sanders, and his whole team is they have never given up on me, and never given up hope that they can help me. They are always looking for a new edge, or a different perspective to get me the treatment I need. I’m not one to typically complain or leave reviews but the wait time at this practice is absolutely absurd. I’m not sure what is happening behind the scenes with their time management, but it needs major improvement. Every single visit results in a 30min to 45min wait past my appointment time. What makes this especially frustrating is that a few months ago my 7:00AM appointment was canceled because I arrived at 7:05AM. Considering how common it is to be kept waiting far beyond my scheduled time, it was shocking and odd to me... read more
