I’m not one to typically complain or leave reviews but the wait time at this practice is absolutely absurd. I’m not sure what is happening behind the scenes with their time management, but it needs major improvement. Every single visit results in a 30min to 45min wait past my appointment time. What makes this especially frustrating is that a few months ago my 7:00AM appointment was canceled because I arrived at 7:05AM. Professional, courteous, kind, understanding, smiles that make you feel comfortable. Every procedure was fully explained that erased any stress, fear. I am 79 years old and would recommend National Spine & Pain Center in Ashburn to all that are experiencing back pain.
