I have been going to NPI to manage my pain from spinal disorders. Dr. Cartledge is phenomenal. I trust him 100% with injecting meds into my spine. He’s so gentle. The staff are extremely courteous and professional. Everyone gets the white glove treatment at NPI. The office staff is also extremely pleasant and will do whatever it takes to help you. I get stressed going to the doctor but not when I am going to NPI. I’m relaxed and confident that all will go well. I highly recommend NPI for your pain management needs.
I highly recommend National Spine & Pain Centers in Delray Beach and am thankful to have been referred here. Dr. Cartledge was knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything clearly. Throughout the few years I have been a patient at National Spine and Pain there have been a few issues and at one point I thought to find a new doctors due to administrative issues. Now I can not say enough about the office managers and the front desk. The office manager Claudia is nothing short of an amazing asset. She kept her word to me and is an example of professionalism and kindness. The other office manager Ashley exemplifies patience and understanding that we do not see often. Showed up 22 minutes early to my 4:15pm appointment and was turned away and told my appointment was cancelled because new patient intake forms would take too long to complete even though I was told I was the last appointment of the day. Hours on the door say 5pm... I get it's Friday and people want to go home but using an excuse of paperwork to turn someone away who drove straight from work in Parkland and is over 20 minutes early is disingenuous.
