I Was Treated With Respect
Great people working, but they always run 30-40 minutes behind on appointments and very frustrating.
**Update: 08/01/2026 I am still waiting for my wheelchair cushion. I also called over seven months ago to have repairs done on my old wheelchair, which insurance originally paid for. I was told that repairs could not be done on that chair. However, I was then told that insurance would cover repairs on my newer wheelchair—even though insurance was never used to purchase it, and it was paid for in full. I've never heard of insurance paying to repair equipment they didn't purchase while refusing to repair equipment they did pay... read more
Patrick was amazing. He listened and made sure I got rhe chair i needed. He really cares. After Patrick left there were hiccups. When the chair was delivered it needed adjustment and it wasn't done. Some other items were ordered but the lady we spoke to didn't seem to care. We did later receive a call from another lady who seemed to want to help. We will see.
We received great service and advise from Morgan Moseley. 4 stars only because when calling the local phone number various times, nobody answered. It took several tries to get in touch to finally make an appointment.
