Ayde Gutierrez was my "case manager" for lack of a better term. I'd never purchased a wheelchair using Medicare before and she skillfully guided me through the process, making sure I was providing the correct information on time. When my doctor's office failed to submit required paperwork, she helped me get the mistake corrected. Hate this company and wish I wasn't stuck with them. I have many terrible things to say but that's for a different review. This one is to give a shout out to their senior tech Calvin, the only one there who knows what he's doing. Every time the other techs carelessly break my chair he comes out immediately and fixes it, doesn't fight, listens, explains the issue clearly, patiently, and without unnecessarily dumbing it down.
