Paid in full 3 weeks ago. Owner says their too busy and no refunds. Maybe one day il get the valuation I paid for. I was told 2 weeks and it's been 3. They said maybe another 2-3. I suggest not using them at all as they have taken money from many knowing they cannot fulfil the order within a responsible time without telling them.
