Matt was very thorough and professional in his valuation
Do not use this company. Maxwell Nevermann is completely unethical. He ignored direct instructions from lawyers, communicated directly with my ex husband and prepared property valuation reports that were of huge benefit to his side in a financial separation. Two additional valuations had to be sought by other (reputable) companies, whose valuations were very similar, but nearly $1 million different from Mr Nevermann’s.
