I contacted Tim on a Friday after an offer accepted on a home and he fit me in on the following Monday evening. Pretty fast turn around time. The inspection itself was very detailed and found quite a few things I myself overlooked even preparing myself quite a bit before house shopping. Thanks again Tim for everything, I still owe you lunch or a few drinks!
Not only did they miss that the AC was completely broken in our new home, but the sink also leaks, multiple screens are broken or missing and the list goes on. There was zero use in having the home inspected.
Bought older home ~one year ago and since then have had multiple occurrences of expensive things needing to be fixed that should have been caught on inspection. Seemed too quick of inspection for house size.
Worked us in fast and had our full report to us within the two day mark as promised. Highly Recommend!
