Very unprofessional and poor service my son had a appointment at 5 pm twice no one ever called had to keep calling the office terrible service do not go here ...want to give zero stars how do these guys stay in service..they don't care about mental health because if they do they will do their best to make sure the client is alright..no one ever called woww.

Today, I was supposed to have a phone appt at 5:30pm. It is now 6:30pm. When I called at 5:47pm to double check if I had the right day and time, they said that I did not complete all of my paperwork. She double checked the file to realize that I had done everything on my part. She said that she would reach out to the therapist and I still have not received a call. I went here for talk therapy and medication management for a year. My therapist was Cheryl Lynn B. I saw on some of the other comments that people didn't like showing up once a week. I was glad I had that available to me. Not many places have that availability. Not only was I able to come that often, Cheryl also sat with me longer than our time on those especially hard days which were common.
