I’m disappointed to see the many negative reviews all referring to the same thing. I went to this place today as a rookie for the first time as my wife has pointed out that my eyesight might be going a bit. I had a very pleasant experience with the optometrist assistant and the admin Mimi at the front desk was outstanding. However it does give me some reservations about moving forward with a company that may not be completely about the patient so much as they are about profits. I arrived approximately 15 minutes early. I was taken in to do preliminary checks and then had some time to look at frames for the new glasses I needed. The was a huge selection to choose from. Dr. Craig LaBell did my exam quickly and adjusted my prescription. I chose two different frames with the help of one of the fitting technicians. Within a few minutes my new glasses were paid for and I was on my way. Satisfied customer so far. Glasses seemed a bit expensive but they will be ready in about 9 days.

Outrageous prices! They literally DOUBLED the cost of their lenses since they changed from National Optometry! Last year we bought two pairs of name brand frames with hi index lenses including transitions and progressive for under $550 This year they wanted to charge me over $400 for just one pair. Somewhat knowledgeable staff but often arrogent and pushy on sales using big technical words and not explaining the difference in hi index and poly. Had to Google the info to find out the range and thickness difference. They don't... read more
