Why do I spend 45 minutes doing patient registration over the phone Monday only to be blown up Friday to do the same thing? With a lady, may I mention, with a condescending attitude. Update your hospital, there shouldn't be a reason the bathrooms aren't accessible to disabled people or your staff doing repeat calls.

because they doped my husband up with morphene then sent him home saying he just had gas be the next day we went to another hospital 14 miles away and he had to have surgery for his gallbladder.if they would have taken their time instead of tossing us out the door all doped up.
