Explained to the associate that while I have no urgent incentive to do business at their competitors, at least their competitors publish prices online. This forced visit to obtain price information for materials, while polite, was nearly useless as apparently they will price a transaction based on the individual merit which does little to provide sufficient planning parameters.
Great place! Rich really cares about his customers and goes the extra mile. I've ordered a few times and it's always been a great experience. Deliveries show up on time. Would recommend.
