I had a great experience working with Ron or "Turtle" . He was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the details of my ring and answer my questions, which made me feel confident in the appraisal. I also really appreciated his responsiveness and flexibility—even over the July 4th holiday, he made himself available and kept everything moving. Last year I contacted Turtle about several rings and some other pieces of jewelry. I sent him pictures and he told me what to bring in for them to examine. I ended up having two rings appraised by his associate, Alfred. He did a great job and I ended up getting nice professional report. Fantastic experience from start to finish! Ron was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough — he walked me through the entire process without trying to sell me anything. The service was affordable and incredibly fast; he completed my dad’s watch appraisal the same day. On top of all that, he was an absolute delight to talk with. I would absolutely recommend him!
