Suphi is AMAZING. If you have a luxury watch...he is the ONLY person to bring it to in Niagara Falls. I previously went to Chouhan Jewelers and they hacked my watch...essentially gauged/scratched it, using a hammer and chisel to open it and then used a Chinese batter instead of the recommended Swiss batter. Suprise, surprise, the watch wasn't keeping time. Suphi took my watch, fixed, it cleaned it and put in a proper batter for under 20 dollars. I cannot say enough good things about Suphi and National Jewellery. I got my engagement ring designed here, and wanted a very particular stone that Suphi was able to find and have me look at. We were so pleased with the craftsmanship and the price that we got my wedding band and my husband's wedding band from here. The team make you feel like family and will not quit until you are 100% happy with your jewelry. There is no other jeweler I trust more!! We have become customers for life.
