Telling people in Louisiana that you don't give to charity was not only rude, but pretty crummy for a Hospitality company. I wonder how many of the hotels and convention centers in Louisiana you have taken orders and their money from for your company. They don't give to charity. I understand that logic, if that's how they want to be. But to be rude when asked to donate to flood victims, not a charity, but directly to the victims themselves, unbelievable. Just unbelievable
A friend of mine who is helping with relief efforts in Louisiana called this company and asked to speak with a manager. She explained that she was in Louisiana and people are in desperate need of towels and cloths since they lost everything in the historic floods that just happened there. She was hoping he might offer to match her order as an act of hospitality - you know, the word in your company name. The manager's response? "We don't give to charity". Nice.
