There is no value or integrity when doing business with this company. They continue to be out of stock almost every order with them (for the last three years). The owner doesn't care that my bathrooms look like a hodgepodge of amenities because he hasn't been able to master the concept of supply chain logistics. He rather sell 500 cases to a distributor and then be out of the product for the little guy. My family and I ordered toilet paper at the height of the pandemic when it was nowhere to be found and people were scrambling to find any. Although our order was backordered, which was told to us right up front, the company gave us a date that it would be arriving to them. We had a few emails back and forth from customer service while waiting for our order and they were extremely nice and on top of things along the way. I REALLY want to highlight Chris H.'s customer service! He has been just outstanding! Since first email, I felt his understanding of our Hotel’s needs. I never waited more than 20 min for him to reply, even on Sundays and after 8pm. He sent us samples and worked really really hard. Thank you Chris!
I have been trying to be removed from the National Hospitality supply mailing list for 12 years. I am sent a flyer every other week. When I have contacted the company, I'm told, "It's too hard to remove someone from our mailing list." If they cannot remove me from their mailing list what must their customer service be like with a problem with an order? Beware, Beware, Beware!
Ordered the wrong coffee by mistake- sealed packets. They refuse exchange. $50 for nothing.

Part of my order was backordered (even though the items were listed as available on their website) and I wasn't notified; I didn't find out until I received the rest of my order. I called and the "customer service" rep gave me my best option of ordering similar items that were three times as expensive!
