Terrible Service Call I had a tech come out to my house and look at my air conditioning unit. He explained that the fan in the air handler was broken. He said that they do not make my fan any more, and I was going to have to replace the whole unit, inside and out. I asked the price, and I was quoted over $4000. I eventually got the guy to say that they could replace the air handler and every thing would fine, down to $2410. I had another company, Florida's Choice come out and take a look at my system. Happy to see good service still available This to advise how pleased we were with prompt attention and service provided by Scott, and the subsequent installatiion work provided by Mike and Chase when they installed our heating and air conditioning system. If the system performs as well as they did, I'm sure we will be very happy that we chose to deal with National.
Thank You National!!!! My AC went out about 10 PM Sunday night, I called National at 8:00 AM Monday morning and in less than 2 hours the service truck arrived. The service man turned on the unit from the wall and then went outside to diagnose the problem; before I had a chance to get outside he was walking back to my front door. Problem solved, there was a lizard wedged between the fan and the shroud. LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! Todd Inspected my 24 year old system that was not working very well. He Informed me that he could repair the unit but didn't recommend it. but still left the decision up to me without pressuring me one way or the other. I opted to replace with a new more efficient Nutone system. The next day Joe and Justin showed up at 9 A.M. and spent the day working diligently to complete their task taking time along the way to explain what they were doing. Joe Justin are always cordial, polite and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain technical considerations with clarity to me so I completely understood each product and how it functioned. Thank Goodness Thank goodness there are still companies out there who take care of us consumers with top notch service. I had contacted eight different contractors and none of them were even close to the level of service and knowledge that National has about heating and cooling. OMG!!! What A Great Company My 12 year old air conditioning quit working. I called National, Todd came out within an hour and diagnosed the problem I was sure he was going to tell me I needed a new one. I was so suprised when he said that they could fix mine. Less than an hour later Mike and Josh showed up with the part I needed and had the air working in no time. I would have paid anything it was so hot, but it was less than $200.00. Homeowner Excellent Service! We had been told by another company that we needed a new A/C, but National Heating and Air Conditioning told us it was no problem to fix though it was an unusual problem - the cellanoid. They ordered the part and 1 day later they fixed our A/C for a great price! One of the owners, Mark, was really nice and reassured us it would be done quickly, and he kept his word. I would highly recommend them. The techs were friendly and very professional.
