I am disabled. When I asked, a year ago, if you had a discounted rate for disabled people, I was told that you "don't have anything like that",,,Now while I am applying for fuel assistance, they tell me that you do? Was this a scam just to get me to pay full price as long as I didn't find out? NOT COOL!
