Edited my review down to 2 stars. They told me at my appointment they were going to call me with my prescription when it was ready. That was over a month ago :/ The technician working was very friendly and apologetic. The virtual doctor was also very nice and professional. But my appointment was a bit of a disaster. I don't know exactly what the issue was, but something the technician was struggling with the computer for at least 20-30 mins. Again- she was very apologetic and nice about it, but my entire appointment was 1.5 ... read more
Three starts because the technician working was very friendly and apologetic. The virtual doctor was also very nice and professional. But my appointment was a bit of a disaster. I don't know exactly what the issue was, but something the technician was struggling with the computer for at least 20-30 mins.
