Awesome experience.
The doctor nor tech fully checked “trial” pair of contacts before finalizing order, I got home and realized I could not see up close however I am naturally near sighted meaning I see great up close but have trouble seeing far out into the distance. Doctor switched my prescriptio completely. I went back to tell tech who caught it but nvr actually mentioned to doctor, allowed me to order my contacts that I paid$180.00 for and then got an attitude because I called out their mistake. It was a great experience. My Dr. was so friendly and knowledgeable!
This appointment was a waste of my time. I visited the First Colonial location. During the appt process I was not told the doctors were virtual. I found this out after arriving for my daughter’s appointments. Had I known I would have chosen elsewhere. Nonetheless, we are here and she takes my first daughter back does the work up but then when it’s time to meet the doctor, virtually, all of the systems are down.
