Great company and products. Can’t be beat for rapid prototyping too
Very poor customer experience. The workers are unprofessional and rude. The materials are cheap and the end products will disappoint you. There are way better 3D printing places in Bryan/Cstat. Absolutely would not recommend, especially for professional projects.
Clara ruined my group's engineering project and then proceeded to give us attitude, talking about " we have clients in the top 1%, we don't need your business". Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior.
The woman Clara is extremely unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. Completely screwed up my project.
