An outstanding experience with National Door Our garage door in Normandy Park got jammed. Excellent service! Today I had the pleasure to work with Shonna at National Door regarding my garage door problem. She took the time to ask me several questions in order to figure out what I needed. She was extremely polite, professional and new her job well. She set up a service call with me and sent out her technician who was also extremely professional. Happy customer I really appreciate knowing there is real customer service still around. My husband and I had issues with our garage door and Dan at National Door was able to trouble shoot it over the phone. He took the time to walk me through a few issues and got it fixed. Not only did he save me a service call expense, he educated me for the future. I have no hesitation using National Door in the future when my door finally fails. Great service and value I called National Door first due to the positive reviews on this site. I was not disappointed. They even answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon. Took all my info and were out by 9 am Monday morning. The garage door repair cost just what they had quoted. No bulking up the cost by recommending non essential work. They are fast, professional and fair. I have already recommended them to family and friends.

We will definitely recommend National Door to our friends and neighbors. We appreciated the time you took to answer our questions. It separated National Door from the rest of the competition. There are not enough service companies like this... There are not enough service companies these days that really care about their customer. After talking to National Doors Sales, Dispatch, and Service departments they are on the top of my list in customer service. I was amazed on how professional this garage door company handled all my requests and on a Saturday too. I will highly recommend National Door to all my friends and family. A little kindness goes a long way I had the pleasure of working with the owner of National Door, Dan Pevarnick. He was extremely professional and helpful. He walked me thru several concerns I had about my garage door and tried to trouble shoot me through my problems to save me a trip charge. Now days that is so important. After a few minutes with him on the phone my problems were solved. I thanked him so very much and told him I would be calling him back in the next 6 months to replace my doors. Recommend them highly to everyone! National Doors Service man called in the AM and showed up for the service call on time. He took time to walk me through the complete service and showed me how to maintain my door to keep it working smooth. They charged me exactly what they quoted over the phone, no additional anything. Best Garage Door Co. around My car was stuck in my garage and within two hours of calling National Door they moved their schedule around and fixed my garage door.
