Excellent Service This is by far the best company to work with. I called yesterday to get quote for broken spring replacement. Spoke to Johnette and was given a quote & I was told Shauna would call in the morning to set up appt. New Garage door for our home We recently built a house in Edmonds, Wa. and used National Door for our garage door installation. We choose them because when I was searching for a company I wanted to find a company that would listen to my needs and also not try to oversell me something that I did not need. I have the perfect door that fit right into the budget for the construction that we were doing. thanks Shonna for taking the time to explain the pros and cons of each kind of door so I could make an informed decision.

Fantastic Saturday service My torsion spring broke late on a Friday and I talked to Dan, the owner about replacing the springs. Eric showed up on Saturday as promised and replaced the springs in about 20 minutes. The garage door is good as new and he even made some suggestions to help me make the door quieter. Great service. I would recommend National Door to anyone needing prompt, quality service.

An outstanding experience with National Door Our garage door in Normandy Park got jammed. Trying to fix it was beyond me so I went out on the web and found several complimentary reviews of National Door. I suspected there would be many flakes in this business so I was encouraged by these. Happy customer I really appreciate knowing there is real customer service still around. My husband and I had issues with our garage door and Dan at National Door was able to trouble shoot it over the phone. He took the time to walk me through a few issues and got it fixed. Not only did he save me a service call expense, he educated me for the future. I have no hesitation using National Door in the future when my door finally fails. Great service and value I called National Door first due to the positive reviews on this site. I was not disappointed. They even answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon. Took all my info and were out by 9 am Monday morning. The garage door repair cost just what they had quoted. No bulking up the cost by recommending non essential work. They are fast, professional and fair. I have already recommended them to family and friends.

There are not enough service companies like this... There are not enough service companies these days that really care about their customer. After talking to National Doors Sales, Dispatch, and Service departments they are on the top of my list in customer service. I was amazed on how professional this garage door company handled all my requests and on a Saturday too. I will highly recommend National Door to all my friends and family.
