Excellent Service This is by far the best company to work with. I called yesterday to get quote for broken spring replacement. Spoke to Johnette and was given a quote & I was told Shauna would call in the morning to set up appt. This morning, appt was set and the technician, Chris, was right on time ..even called 30 min ahead to let me know he's on the way. This is what a good customer service is all about. New Garage door for our home We recently built a house in Edmonds, Wa. and used National Door for our garage door installation. We choose them because when I was searching for a company I wanted to find a company that would listen to my needs and also not try to oversell me something that I did not need. I have the perfect door that fit right into the budget for the construction that we were doing. thanks Shonna for taking the time to explain the pros and cons of each kind of door so I could make an informed decision.
Fantastic Saturday service My torsion spring broke late on a Friday and I talked to Dan, the owner about replacing the springs. Eric showed up on Saturday as promised and replaced the springs in about 20 minutes. The garage door is good as new and he even made some suggestions to help me make the door quieter. Great service. I would recommend National Door to anyone needing prompt, quality service.
