NCP acts all nice as long as you fit into their schedule. We had a death in the family that was catastrophic to our immediate family. I had to call NCP just to get the harassing emails about sending reports to stop. Now I'm receiving threats about being reported to a collection agency if I don't make sending their scanner back a priority. I am having to move do to our family dynamics changing. RecommendedI have been a member since 2012. I like scanning all my purchases and earning points. I usually use my points towards gift cards to buy Christmas presents which helps alot. I am disappointed though that in all the years of being a member, I have never won anything in the sweepstakes drawings. I understand it is the luck of the draw, but I would think with all the prizes given out, I might win once in awhile.
you will be glade you know about it, and sorry you dent already know about this. If you have children , do lawns, clean house cleaning , cater great reward are fantastic. I have not been a member for too long, but I have absolutely loved it so far! Every time we buy something EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE knows...let mom scan it before putting it away or using the item :D The kids help me out and scan also. We are looking forward to many years with NCP. :)
