I have been a member since 2005 and really enjoy participation in this company. However I won a Rewards Card for $25 that is a Visa card and it is handled through my prepaid Center. I went to the list of approved stores that take this Visa card but every time I use it it is the client I called the my prepaid Center and talk to them after waiting on hold for 33 minutes the first time 53 minutes the second time in 18 minutes the third time they told me the card was declined because I'm not at a approved store.
