I sent three emails to National Consumer Panel stating I could not participate in the survey for a while because my father was very ill. I got two replies BUT I kept getting phone calls and emails. Their last call was warning me that they were going to send me to collections because they wanted their scanner back. After the harassment, I sent it back today and decided NOT to participate.
