The Sweeps page isn't working for me either. I have clicked on the link a few times and even left that page open for several minutes at a time(due to the fact that it says may take a while to load). I can't believe that it would take longer then 15 mins. I went through all the steps listed but nothing worked. This really needs to be fixed as it isn't right that all these people are having the same problems. I have been scanning for about 7 years now. I have had some scanner problems, but when I called I was credited for the week and then sent another one in the mail. For the ones who put 1 star, you know they did send a welcome package and all is explained like the NCP week is from 12 am Sunday - 11:59 Saturday.

My scanner is taking 3-4 days to transmit my info any more, it tries at least 15-20 times each night, beeping every time, it is driving me nuts, been this way for about 6 weeks, it used to send the info on the 1st or 2nd try. Ever since they "upgraded" the phone system a few weeks ago it has been like this, of course their emails all just give the same trouble shooting tips without even acknowledging the issue. Scanner issues no longer an issue, the only downside is I wish they had more rewards available.

Anyone else having problems transmitting this weekend? I have tried atleast a dozen times and keep getting Transmission Unsuccessful..Very frustrating!

Their lack of customer service is why I quit. When I had problems with my scanner, I received the same email numerous times and could never get a live person on the phone for assistance. If I had to do it all over again, I would have never signed up.
