Beyond it being a great and easy way to make points for useful items, and beyond helping marketing folks do their thing, I find NCP offers a personal touch not always found in survey companies. You always respond to my questions personally. And today I read the notice about our impending hurricane. That was nice. It's like...You people are just really nice.

They have good rewards and are easy to use
They want real opinions and in that sense it is good!! Using the phone app is easy compared to the scanner machine.... Great prizes can be won or purchased with points. But I have scanned since October 2016 almost every week and have not won anything. I am saving my points for a new computer which I need!
