National carpet came to my home today 12/07. I would like to commend the young man they have representing them, His name is Derrick and he was polite, courteous and extremely hard working. He did an excellent job on my carpets, in fact I added a sofa and loveseat set after he did such a wonderful job on my carpets. I will request this young man again thank you for the nice experience. I had my carpets serviced by this company after another company failed to show for a scheduled cleaning. I called National carpet care and they said, "no problem, we will get to it today". They showed up in the stated appointment window and they assessed my carpets, I have a pet that has caused some problems, They gave me a price explained it and the expected results. The bill was fair and the results were as they said. I thought it deserves some praise, Thanks National, you guys are good T.L
