I had a move-out steam clean done yesterday. The guy was over 2 hours late in the 3-hour time window they had already given me. I did their "$45" special, but then they tacked on another $90 for the stairs. Then they tried to sell me extra "enzymes" for pet spots - although I told them when I booked that I had spots in my carpet when I got my quote. I refused. This customer scheduled 3 separate times canceling each time after arrival. On the third wasted occurrence she was charged for a service call. That is the source of this unjustified review.
Contacted this company to do all my tiles and wood floors. I was not offered any coupon or specials. They did not consider an elder using a walker and a wheelchair bound special needs adult. Once cleaner got there he complained that its extra for moving furniture when it was discussed with owner and it was ok. All furniture was on sliders. When cleaning he used so much acid that my family had to get outside and we got headaches. Cleaner left all floors in a film and grit was even splashed on the baseboards. On Jan 9 2022 I guy from this company came to my house and before he was here, I moved a sofa out of the way so he can clean the area, Today I received a new sofa and for my surprise I find out that the guy who clean the carpet burn one small area of the carpet where the sofa was. .I called the company just to complain because I'm not interested in any monetary or replacement of the carpet. Highly recommend National Carpet Care for carpet cleaning. The technician, Alex, called before he came. He came during our scheduled time. He explained the process and his recommendations to me. The price was fair, and I am happy with how clean the carpets are now!

DO NOT use this company!!! The first red flag should have been when I called to schedule a cleaning-Clint the owner said "next time don't use Groupon and call me directly-I have to pay out 2/3rd of the cost to Groupon (which I don't believe) Who starts out by saying that to a customer-instead he should have said-thank you for paying/chosing this company from Groupon instead of others companies that you could have hired. Clint provides horrible service. He took my money and refused to provide proof that he did not redeem my Groupon. He kept all the money and would not state he did not use it in writing. Refused to provide me a manager or owner and a phone number to escalate. Just kept hanging up on me. He is a crook.

Called for service of sofa and loveseat. Tech Orlando came on time and proceeded to start. 15 minutes later he was done. Upon leaving I called him immediately and informed him that after I got off work and had chance to inspect all done there were many areas not cleaned. This company has been in business for 40 years. I never expected to be treated the way I was. When I called initially, I was asked how many rooms I had and was given a quote. No one said anything about that price only covering a certain number of square feet. When the tech got to my house, he said my rooms are way bigger than the 1500 sq. ft. that's included in the quote. Our office fully informed that the quote was a minimum cost estimate, (estimates over the phone are subject to actual conditions and sizes). Every house has different circumstances and room counts to be cleaned, (which makes the need for size limitations obvious) . There is no one size fits all, specially if pets are present.
