This company has been in business for 40 years. I never expected to be treated the way I was. When I called initially, I was asked how many rooms I had and was given a quote. No one said anything about that price only covering a certain number of square feet. When the tech got to my house, he said my rooms are way bigger than the 1500 sq. ft. that's included in the quote. Our office fully informed that the quote was a minimum cost estimate, (estimates over the phone are subject to actual conditions and sizes). Every house has different circumstances and room counts to be cleaned, (which makes the need for size limitations obvious) . There is no one size fits all, specially if pets are present. I contacted this company twice , first attempt was direct to the company. The person who answered was so rude with me that I gave up on using their service. I send a message to the business on their chat on the website. I saw they had a ******* so I bought one thinking it was a big company and I wouldn't have to deal with the rudeness again. The phone call was recorded for training and customer service purposes. The voucher holder did not read the voucher parameters. While scheduling the voucher holder was asked and disclosed that she had three indoor pets (dogs). She was advised that due to that circumstance the pet enzyme noted on the voucher would be required. She was advised that if she moved forward with the scheduling the "pet fee" would apply, if not ,she could call Groupon and get a refund. This company is totally unprofessional and does a horrible job- They show up in an unmarked plain white mini van- come into your home to see what they are cleaning and proceed to tell u the package selected won't clean your carpets- and proceeds to try and upgrade u 4x the amount I was originally quoted. Once I tell them I want the package I paid for- she proceeded to pull out a machine not much different than what u can rent from Lowe's- and tells me it's the newest best machine in carpet cleaning. The service that was scheduled was clearly explained as maintenance or upkeep cleaning to maintain a normal conditions. National's Staff asked a number of qualifying questions including the overall condition of the carpet which was misrepresented. The service technician advised that the carpet condition required extensive service for heavily neglected conditions, The customer declined the recommended service due to cost to correct which left the severe conditions unaddressed. Very unprofessional, from the time the rude technician walked into my home she had an attitude and displayed she did not want to do the work. They advertised 50 service and said they will charge 70 and then said they will charge 210 once they arrived for services that I didn't ask for. They basically said we will do it for 70 but it ain't going to work so pay 210 without ever trying and the carpet isn't all that bad. THE BIGGEST SCAM AND CON ARTISTS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I trusted them my very expensive Tufenkian designer wool areal rug. I was charged $260 because apparently they suppose to use a special technics to remove two small spots believing to be from pets. When I received my areal rug back, I almost fainted. Great service, on time, and cleaned my 4 bedroom home in one hour. We have no complaints at all! And we will continue to use their services!
I recently had my carpet and furniture cleaned due a sick dog. I am very happy with the results. While Sitting on my furniture after the cleaning I am 100% satisfied that there is no evidence of the unfortunate event.
National carpet did an amazing job on my carpets. This was my first time getting them cleaned in a few years and they look amazing! The technician and office staff were very nice and informative when it came to all my questions and concerns. Thanks again!
