Decided to cancel my corporate booking without any contact or update.
Had a great experience through this location. Rented at the last minute and price was very reasonable and car was great. We were staying at The Westin Nova Scotian attached to the Halifax train station so the location was very convenient for us. Staff were friendly and accommodating, will use this location again!
Only one person working at downtown, waterfront location. Lineup of customers waiting. Was asked to continue to wait while the sole person working was going outside to walk around car and closing office temporarily- this continued for over 30 minutes
Emily was wonderful to deal with. Helped me switch out a vehicle I was unhappy with.
Great service, vehilce clean, ready, and a full tank of gas!
