I only use National when renting at Philadelphia International Airport. Plenty of buses so short wait times at the terminal. Nice new rental lot where there are plenty of cars and plenty of attendants to assist. Returns are even faster!
I like the setup at Philadelphia Airport once you get to the rental area you can pick a car and go, the rates are competitive. They have a great selection of vehicles. When I've needed to extend my rental days their customer service is attentive and ready to help. The only drawback, if any would be waiting for the shuttle bus outside baggage claim can be lengthy at times.
The car was ok. No problems with it. The cost was as expected. The service at the Philadelphia Airport was horrendous. There is no excuse to waiting over 30 minutes for the bus to pick you up outside of baggage claim.
