I'm a long time customer with National and have always been happy with their service. A few weeks ago they took customer service to a new level. They found a jacket I had left in the rental car (with keys in the pocket) and mailed it to my home. The lost article page on their website was very easy to use and I could not have been happier with the customer service rep that helped me. Thanks National!

If you rent from this location give yourself an extra 30 minutes to catch a shuttle or be returned to the airport. Four full shuttle buses went by before I was able to squeeze into a shuttle to get to the renal car location. The return was worse. There was a crowd waiting for a bus. There was a 10-15 minute wait for shuttles to come to the pickup location.

First, Philadelphia's airport is awful. That is not National's fault, and, in fact, to help mitigate that, the National bus drops us off right at the cars. No walking. Second, this the big advantage of being part of their Emerald Club. The first car I chose, well, someone had obviously smoked in it. No problem. I just got in the next one, which still had that new smell. I love not standing in line and not having to negotiate with some agent on the car. I pick it! I love it!

I've travelled most of my career, over 3.4 million miles on American alone. Rented many an automobile. National at Philadelphia was an easy rental, a large number of cars to choose from as an Emerald executive member. My only comment was I would have liked to see more SUVs as the guy ahead of me took the only one. Good clean location, no wait for the bus, easy departing and returning.

I think they are too expensive for a certain race of people but who's complaining? Airport prices are way out of Pocket / fees for this fees for that / it's sad that I have too go too Philadelphia international just too overpay for a weekend rental or Daily rental they need more sites in Philadelphia. National is ok but glad I got Budget as a Backup.

Very Disappointed on this trip. I have been an Emerald Club member for years and this past trip to Philly was the worse experience I have had. The wait for the bus was very long (over 25 minutes) and the car selection was feeble (only 3 cars in Emerald Lot. People had to wait for new cars to come in. Finally it was almost 20 minutes waiting in the car line to get through the gate. I would also like to see AARP rates or AAA rates on discounts. National is pricing itself out of my league.

Been traveling for 35 years....always used another company until this trip to Philly. National is tops in my book. Easy, fast pickup and return, great selection of cars just pick one and go. great value for the money spent and Emerald club is great feature. I have deleted my other rental company from my travel plans. National all the way for me.
