It was a very pleasant positive experience. As a first-timer, I am very impressed with how quickly the paperwork was processed, got into the car without any delay with a very broad range of car selection to choose from. The brand new F150 truck sore out for my easy picking and delightful treat. The return process was hassle-free. The whole experience is over the top and will avail their top notch services again in my future travels.

The employees at Phoenix airport have significant room for improvement. I made my reservation for this car far in advance. When I arrived at the airport, there was a long line of people waiting for cars. NONE were in the lot. We had to wait for 4 employees to go run and get cars and come back. When the 4 showed up, you took what was available. There was no attempt to try to provide what people had asked for. It was a cluster. It took entirely too long for all of this to occur. I have used national car rental in Huntsville for years and have been very pleased with the service and cars. I do wish satellite radio was standard in all cars.

Emerald service was extremely slow and the process used was very inefficient compared with other National airport locations. Other than that the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The rental vehicle was very nice and cost effective for my use

Emerald aisle is a misleading at Huntsville, AL airport. Kiosk in parking area always has a line and you usually have to wait for a car. You don't get to choose. However, the staff was polite. I did end-up with a brand-new RAM 1500 with 3-miles on the odometer and working Sirius XM. Just seems to be very inefficient operation and not Emerald Aisle appropriate.

The National Car Center at the Huntsville, AL airport has been outstanding! Service is fast and no hassle, They always have my car ready to go, Thanks for making the experience easy.

What a GREAT rental agency! My wife and I look forward to each time we rent from National. Ease of walking the Emerald Isle make selections VERY easy. Check out could be little to explain where the child proof door lock is so whoever sits in the back can get out. Check in is a snap!! Thank you National!!

I'm a Emerald club member and rent cars every week when I travel for work and Huntsville is the worst so far. You have to go to a desk in the garage to have them 'select' a car for you instead of you just walking up to the car you want in an Executive Aisle. Huntsville National needs to put the car selection at the exit to the garage. I had to wait in line 25 mins this week after my flight which made me late to my client site. The airline was faster getting my valet bag off the plane. Even LAX National is 10x faster.
