NBI missed MAJOR problem with inspection! Do not use this company. The inspector missed an obvious problem in the electrical that WAS found by a repairman's free estimate. We tried to get our inspection fee back given their "100% satisfaction or full refund" policy but they refused saying only half of the inspection was flawed and they didn't have to give us the full refund. Negligent inspection, unprofessional service = do not use this company.
