I've been here in person and been leaving voicemails over and over for months. Every time I get new updated hours I spend money to take a long bus trip here in the cold and every single time they're closed during the extremely limited hours they said they would be open. For months. Do better.

I got sick walking here in the rain my first time and they're not open when they're supposed to be open. there isn't any notice online or anything and now I'm standing outside in the rain when I was supposed to have somewhere safe to get resources for a few hours
I called crisis and they were mean and didn't help
