My car broke down on a Sunday on I90, and they were the only one's in the area who were open. Far from home with a no functioning throttle control, without them I'd have been totally screwed, but they knew just what to do, started working immediately, and had me back on the road in minutes. They were all super friendly and courteous as well! I asked them what I owed them and they said "Whatever you think is fair, we don't like to take advantage of customers here." Best service I ever got. The people there are great and they do what ever they can to help you out. I don't really trust to many mechanic but I trust these guys.. I went to get some work done on my car and I got an estimate from another station. They told me it was gonna cost $1200 to fix.. I went here to get the same estimate and it cost me $700 for the same fix.. The previous station put add ons to the bill to try and rip me off.. These guys at Natick gas & Service made me aware and fixed my car.. These are hard working ho... read more
