Dr. Evans removed a 6 cm lung tumor and saved my mom’s life. He is a compassionate, skilled surgeon and would highly recommend him. The entire experience at Jefferson Health was outstanding.

Dr Evans was highly recommended to me by my pulmonologist & family friend who is an oncologist from Penn. From the time the adenocarcinoma nodule was discovered in my lung to the removal of the nodule, Dr Evans was most helpful, professional and kind. He helped me think through my options & was very clear & patients in answering my questions. After the surgery, he & his residents checked on me early in the am & at night during my stay at Jefferson. I trust Dr Evans & highly recommend him.

Awful experience. In office I had to wait 2 hours before Dr Evans came to see me. Dr. Evans saw patients with later appointment time before me. After surgery I barely saw him. Apparently he was not interested to monitor recovery and make sure there are no complications. Seems he gave green light to his "team" , which did not show much care or knowledge in my problems. I had hard time to get updates on after surgery progress. I do not trust Dr.Evans any more.
