Horrible experience first time going into a podiatrist. Waited a month for an appointment. Waited 20 minutes in the waiting room for 5 minutes with the doctor. He barely looked at me or my feet never touched my feet or explained anything besides to soak my feet and scrub them with a pumice stone. Said he would prescribe urea cream.(I never got that btw/called several times to check on their mistake but always was told it would be sent to the pharmacy but never was.) Is an excellent surgeon.
Every aspect of this office is horrible.When the extremely rude nurse gave me my walking boot after the initial MRI that is all she did, no instructions. I have had two subsequent x-rays prescribed and done. The doctor has never taken the time to look at either. No entries in MyChart. No guidance. (Is it fully healed? Can I get out of this boot two months and a week later? I still don't know.) The staff front desk and nurse could not be any more rude or dismissive. A total waste of money, and time.
