Doctor was rude and would even listen to my concerns. Told me that my concern wasn't relevant and that my torn ligament in my foot doesn't provide and support or do anything

I had an ingrown toenail on my left big toe. I went to my primary doctor and the doctor did an operation on my toe and they stuck my toe with a much larger and longer needle than needs to be used and used the wrong pain killer. They stuck me from the front of the toe and went two inches into my toe. I have a high pain tolerance and it was EXCRUCIATING. I almost came off the bed then I passed out. Horrible experience first time going into a podiatrist. Waited a month for an appointment. Waited 20 minutes in the waiting room for 5 minutes with the doctor. He barely looked at me or my feet never touched my feet or explained anything besides to soak my feet and scrub them with a pumice stone. Said he would prescribe urea cream.(I never got that btw/called several times to check on their mistake but always was told it would be sent to the pharmacy but never was.)
