Dr. Thomas and crew are HIGHLY recommended to anyone! They’re easy to talk with, actually listen, professional, and thorough. All qualities that are hard to come by nowadays!

Not only did Doctor Simpson treat me immediately to releive my pain he was straight forward and direct when explaining my care. His PA David was equally as excellent and extremely compassionate. Thank you both so much.

Would only recommend him to someone I hate. He completely ruined my arm. I broke my humeris in an accident. It broke completely in half. He pulled my arm and placed the bone where it should go then gave me a velcrow cast to hold it together. The velcow wouldn't stay and my bone ended up growing at an angle. My arm is shorter, hurts all the time, and has a terrible range of movement. When confronted he pushed it off until he said it was too late and that we would have to rebreak my bone.

I was in extreme pain when I first saw him. He did surgery on c5 and c6. I have fully recovered, I consider him a miracle worker and would recommend him to others.

I first saw Dr. Simpson for a pinched sciatic nerve following knee surgery. The surgery (laminectomy) was a success and I returned to normal. After yet another knee surgery I again developed a pinched nerve. Dr. Simpson then placed rods in my back and I am again back to normal. Dr. Simpson is very straight forward, tells it like it is, and won't have you as a patient if you are overweight or a smoker. If you want everything sugar-coated then he isn't the Dr. for you! He is an awesome surgeon!

I was admitted to the hospital with extreme back pain and Dr Simpson came in early Saturday morning to do emergency surgery to release pressure put on my spinal cord nerves from a herniated disc. He explained this very rare case as cauda equine syndrome and stressed the severity of it. I followed all his orders and a year later I am almost back to normal! I feel forever grateful to him.
