Outstanding experience. Dr Richards took time to explain the broken bone and best course of action. He did not try to hurry me through the examination/treatment. His bedside manner was superb. The front office staff very efficient and polite. His nursing staff were friendly but most professional. Great visit, I highly recommend.
First time needing surgery for anything, glad to have Richards to walk me through the process. Definitely recommend.
