Dr was very direct and gave me several options.He also made sure I understood the facts.
I went in for surgery on my trigger finger problem. He did the surgery in his office, and I healed quickly. I had the surgery done on my opposite hand earlier by another doctor and had bad results and needed physical therapy to get my hand working again.
He gave me my options, started with a cortisone shot, which is working very very well!! Im hoping it stays working and won't have to have surgery.

This was 2nd visit to see Dr Olvey. He is very knowledgeable, listens and explains so I understood my options. I would highly recommend him for any type of hand issues.
Dr Van Zeeland and team are world class! From appointment to surgery was two days as I was an emergent case. UW Madison wouldn't treat me due to length of time since injury. Not a problem for this incredible place & surgeon. We talked through all of the steps, possibilities, etc and away we went. I will be seeing them again as necessary for maintenance care on a previous unrelated injury as the treating surgeon has since retired.
