Nathan was top notch throughout the entire process. We used him to both list our home and represent us on the purchase of a new home. He always made time to answer any question we had no matter how big or small it may have been. He knew the market well and had us price our house at the right price for a quick and successful sale. I could not have been any more appreciative of the work that he did for our family. I would recommend using Nathan in a heartbeat.

Because we were moving into the York area with very little knowledge of the area. We were able to rely on Nathan to not only find us a home with the specifications we listed but also locate one in a neighborhood that would work for us. He gave us detailed information about the area and referred many local establishments for future use. Buy a home through Nathan was very stress free.

Works great with people, is honest, doesnt state his own personal opinion of house unless asked, makes sure all details are resolved during transaction and is very knowledgeable about the market. Would recommend this guy for every price level in the residential market hands down over the rest

The reason I chose Nate as a realtor was because he originally came out to show me a property that he had listed on a Sunday afternoon with absolutely no notice.
