What is really sad here is that a lot of people complain about the same thing, which is a the customer service that ultimately goes back to the manager of the office. The doctor should really rethink his staff if everybody complains about the rudeness and the lack of customer service. But mostly nobody has bothered to answer and apologize to any of these reviews or the one under the actual office name. Terrible customer service! The lady that answered the phone, all she said was “hello”, as if she was answering her personal cell phone. She was very rude and did not answer any of my questions. I will never use nor refer this place to anyone else.
