Don't even care about their patients, this nurse giving me instructions over the phone and telling me there is no need for her to come home because everything I did will be the same thing she will be doing. She told me it was normal my father was shocking with his secretions because he was in the process of dying. We wanted our father to feel better at home and not suffer his last hours..never deliver 1 of his medications..and taking for ever to deliver a hospital bed for him. My family had the worse experience with this company during the last few days of my father’s life. There was a lack of communication between staff members. Instead of providing care to ease the death of my father, they added unneeded stress. I would not recommend this company to those looking for palliative or hospice care.

Recommendedmy mother was 90 years old was placed in hospice June 25th the second day she was there I went in to see her and turned her and she was left dirty weather wash cloth wet left in her bed she hadn't been checked on in 3 and 1/2 hours in the time I was there I was approached by the manager and asked to take my post down she asked me if I notified the charge nurse as to what I found I said no because all they would say is we're sorry the way they left my mother was unacceptable I myself did nursing and I know how it should be yo... read more
RecommendedNathan Adelson was wonderful taking care of my mother. The care they gave her was outstanding to say the least. My mother and our family were treated with respect and they communicated at every turn. The nurse's, Chaplain and staff are top of the line in my book.
