Dr. Monaco is an amazing surgeon. He is kind and listens to all concerns.
Dr. Monaco is a caring, compassionate, surgeon. His staff speaks highly of him and his kindness has been consistent with the several surgeries I have had with him. I highly recommend him for his professional skill and postoperative care.
He got right down to the problem and came up with a good plan that I felt comfortable with. He made sure I understood and answered any questions.
The time he takes with his patients so that they are fully at ease with everything that he's explaining to them.
The staff told me when I was roomed there was one more person ahead of me that he'd be in shortly. I waited OVER an hour in the room, waiting for the Dr. to arrive. Then he asks me questions, doesn't once look at my chart to see medications that I'm already taking. Starts telling me he'll put me on anti-inflammatories. Dr Monaco explained everything to my satisfaction
I was very pleased with Dr Monaco. He explained everything in detail, was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him! I had an excellent outcome with my surgery. I received excellent care-- from office visits to surgery to follow-up care.
I have had excruciating pain in both hands for at least 25 years, maybe more. I had major surgery on both hands. The first in August 2023, the second in January 2024. For the first time in many years I am pain free in both hands. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
After 3 visits, 3 months (one of which was cancelled 30 minutes prior to arrival) and several tests, we left Dr Monaco's care. We felt very much like we were a number to him and not a priority. After leaving, we were quickly sent to an orthopedic oncologists and treatment has progressed quickly. I felt like our valuable time was very much wasted in Dr. Monaco's care.
